This third-generation restaurant offers traditional Vietnamese cuisine that focuses on fresh and flavorful ingredients. And, if you’re exploring Vietnamese fare for the first time, no worries; they’ll help guide customers in selecting something they are sure to enjoy.

The menu includes items from Vietnam’s three regions. Starters include noodle salads, such as vermicelli rice salads, which are served at room temperature and include shredded lettuce, cucumbers, bean sprouts and cilantro with a selection of protein. Or, a newcomer can sample the eatery’s soups; the Pho Bo soup (beef noodle) is made from a family recipe handed down from the owners’ grandfather.

French-bread sandwiches include ingredients such as homemade rolled ham, house mayonnaise, onions, cucumbers, Chinese radish and julienne carrots. Other sandwich meats include chicken liver pâté, stir-fried shredded chicken, grilled seasoned pork, deep-fried tofu, shrimp and more.

Additional entrées include family-style and stir-fried meals, rice platters and steamed noodles.

The restaurant’s signature dish is pan-fried rice noodles served in house garlic sauce with a choice of protein. Also, the meats at Rice & Noodles are marinated in lemongrass, a staple in Vietnamese cuisine. Desserts consist of French macarons and ice cream in three flavors: coconut, Vietnamese coffee and pandan.
