Dine on fresh, high-quality sushi at Blue Pacific Sushi & Grill. The restaurant, which opened in 2001, is known for its “ocean-themed” décor and “under-the-sea” atmosphere. It is said to have introduced Lancaster to sushi and Asian-fusion cuisine.

If you’re new at experiencing sushi, there are brief explanations of the different types of sushi – Nigiri, Maki, Sashimi and Temaki – at the start of their online menu. Begin your meal by choosing from a vast selection of cocktails or other beverages at Blue Pacific’s lavish bar; for example, The Blue Pacific cocktail includes Ketel One, blueberry schnapps, pineapple, blue curacao and cranberry juice. Enjoy a starter, such as Miso Soup, Edamame, Baby Octopus, Hamachi Kama or a salad.

The list expands with appetizers like Fried Crab Wontons, Crispy Calamari, Teriyaki Beef Rolls, etc. Lunch favorites include Teriyaki Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp and more, all served with a choice of rice (steamed, vegetable fried or brown) and a chicken spring roll. The dinner menu features such items as Bourbon Chicken, Roasted Duck, Seafood Risotto, Korean BBQ Short Ribs, and the list goes on and on.
